Privacy policy · LG e-Factura RO
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains which data the LG e-Factura RO app for Shopify (the “app”) processes. The app sends the store’s orders and refunds to the invoicing software the merchant uses (SmartBill or Oblio), which issues the invoices and storno invoices and, where the merchant has enabled it, sends them to the Romanian e-Factura system (SPV).

For the data of the store’s customers, the merchant is the controller and we act as a processor on the merchant’s behalf, only to issue their invoices.
2. Customer data
When an invoice or storno has to be issued, the app reads the order from Shopify and sends to the merchant’s invoicing software the data an invoice must contain: the customer’s name, billing address, email and phone, and, for company invoices, the company name, tax code (CUI/CIF or EU VAT number) and trade register number; plus the products, prices, taxes and discounts of the order.
The app does not keep a copy of this data. Its database only records, for each document, the order number, the type of document, its series and number, the total, the status and any error message, so it can avoid duplicates, retry and show the log. The storefront block for company invoices saves the tax details as attributes of the cart, which Shopify stores with the order; it sets no cookies and tracks no one.
3. Data about the merchant
- The store’s domain and the Shopify access session needed to run the app.
- The connection to the invoicing software: account email, company tax code and the API key, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never shown again.
- The invoicing settings the merchant saves (series, when to invoice, VAT options, language).
- The plan, the state of the subscription and the number of invoices issued per month.
4. Purpose, legal basis and retention
Data is used solely to provide the app, on the basis of the contract with the merchant and their instructions. The document log is kept while the app is installed. When the app is uninstalled, Shopify notifies us and all the store’s data is deleted (shop/redact). Invoices themselves live in the merchant’s invoicing software, under its own terms and the merchant’s legal retention obligations.
5. Hosting and recipients
The app and its data are hosted in the European Union. Recipients are Shopify, the platform the store runs on, and the invoicing software chosen by the merchant (SmartBill — Intelligent IT S.R.L., or Oblio — Oblio Software S.R.L.), both in Romania, under their own contract with the merchant. Data is never sold, shared for commercial purposes or used to train artificial intelligence models.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to appsupport@lineagrafica.es or to the data protection officer at dpo@lbo-abogados.com. Customers of a store should contact the store first, as it is the controller of their data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), the Romanian ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro) or your local supervisory authority.
7. Changes
If the processing changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top amended.
